Our detailers utilize the industry's most sophisticated software that gives them State-of-the-art automated detailing and structural modeling.
Our sales and estimating team evaluates the project in design, giving suggestions to the contractor and owner involving pricing, value engineering, and pre-staging of equipment. This allows the customer to design the job with an informed perspective on the effects of the structural steel and price.

AIM understands and executes our role in effecting safety as required by each project's safety plan, OSHA, SENRAC (Steel Erection Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee) rules, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
We train our employees (i.e. CDZ, rigging, etc) and follow up through weekly safety meetings, videos, publications, seminars, etc. This enables them to observe and implement safety rules as described in our Safety Program and Handbook. The handbook, along with the overall company policy, is issued to them upon hire.

ESTIMATORS Estimators are to provide accurate projections of quantities, as well as the costs of construction materials, labor, and equipment that is required to complete a project.
PROJECT ENGINEERS AIM project engineers are active in the area of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project management.
PROJECT MANAGERS Project managers supervise all activities related to contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules. They are essentially responsible for the administrative and technical support of projects.
SUPERINTENDENTS/FOREMEN The functions of a superintendent are supervising all construction in the field and making sure the work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They are also responsible for safety and quality control procedures at the work site.
