Our Construction Team consists of the following:
Estimators
Estimators are to provide accurate projections of quantities, as well as the costs of construction materials, labor, and equipment that is required to complete a project. Estimators are also responsible for soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors, making certain that the work they can provide is compatible to AIM Steel's own vision for the project.
Project Engineers
AIM project engineers are active in the areas of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project management.
Project Managers
Project managers supervise all activities related to contracts, change order, submittals, procurement, and schedules. They are essentially responsible for the administrative and technical support of projects.
Superintendents/Foremen
The functions of a superintendent are supervising all construction in the field and making sure the work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They are also responsible for safety and quality control procedures at the work site.
