Our erecting capability is improved by our in-house engineering, scheduling, detailing and fabrication supervision ability. Our ironworkers are experts in erecting commercial, industrial and institutional structures, regardless of their size or complexity. Services
1. Provide an estimate of construction costs based upon preliminary drawings supplied by the Architect.
2. Periodically review construction drawings during design and advice or possible means of cost savings, alternate material types, construction methods, etc.
3. Update and revise construction cost estimate based upon the construction drawings as they are being completed.
4. Develop a detailed construction schedule consisting of times of commencement and completion of each contractor. Propose a schedule for the Client purchase of materials, assist in the procurement, and prepare purchase orders and coordinate delivery of these materials.
5. Provide services required to coordinate the work of contractors with each other and to complete the project in accordance with the Owner's objectives for time, cost and quality.

Estimators
Estimators are to provide accurate projections of quantities, as well as the costs of construction materials, labor, and equipment that is required to complete a project. Estimators are also responsible for soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors, making certain that the work they can provide is compatible to AIM STEEL, INC. own vision for the project.
Project Engineers
AIM project engineers are active in the areas of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project management.
Project Managers
Project managers supervise all activities related to contracts, change order, submittals, procurement, and schedules. They are essentially responsible for the administrative and technical support of projects.
Superintendents/Foremen
The functions of a superintendent are supervising all construction in the field and making sure the work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They are also responsible for safety and quality control procedures at the work site.
